Menlo Management Company arranges mortgage loans for investor clients through a limited partnership. Our Mortgage Investment Program is focused on short term loans secured by residential and commercial property in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most of these loans are secured by real estate situated in Peninsula properties where demand is high and supply is limited. The current value of the portfolio is approximately $55 million comprised of short-term loans, the majority of which are secured by first and second deeds of trust. The partnership, which has an unbroken 40 year track record of performance, makes monthly distributions of profits to investors.

The limited partnership, St. Francis Investment III, is the successor to a series of partnerships first established in 1968. Menlo Management Company is the General Partner of St. Francis Investment III. The minimum investment in St. Francis is $50,000.
