Russ Collier: Founder
Russ Collier has over 40 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, and portfolio management. His extensive, industry-wide experience has given him a special understanding of complex ownership and development issues, and the ability to quickly and accurately assess the potential risks and opportunities associated with real estate transactions. In addition to his real estate management responsibilities, he serves as a member of the loan approval committee for Menlo’s Mortgage Lending Division. Mr. Collier established Menlo Management to provide an investment vehicle for individuals wishing to invest in both the mortgage market and real estate. Since its foundation, the firm’s property investment portfolio has steadily increased in value to, currently, approximately $90 million. Mr. Collier earned his MBA degree from Stanford University, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Rob Gould: President
Mr. Gould has been with the Company since 1975, serving as President since 1986. In his almost 40 years of real estate and banking experience, Mr. Gould has gained expertise in every aspect of real estate investment and management. This experience includes the development or management of 18 neighborhood shopping centers, 10 office projects, and 14 residential projects, all in Northern California. Previously, Mr. Gould was an officer and board member of the Pacific Real Estate Investment Trust. Earlier, he was with Barclays Bank PLC, and the Real Estate Management Division of Shell-Mex & BP Ltd. He was a founder of Menlo Securities, Inc. and a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and holds a Ph.D. degree from Bryn Mawr College.
