Greg Gilbert: Vice President
Greg Gilbert, who joined Menlo Management in 1985, oversees the performance of the Mortgage Lending Division. He has been responsible for underwriting over $500 million associated with more than 1,000 loans in all types of real estate lending, including single family, apartments, retail, industrial, office, public storage, construction, and land loans. His extensive experience, including a great many loan transactions, has enabled him to create and maintain an exceptionally strong network of relationships with banks and the mortgage broker community in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Gilbert earned his degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Tammy Cattarin: Director of Finance
Tammy Cattarin oversees the financial functions of Menlo Management, and provides investment services to investors in our portfolio. Ms. Cattarin, who joined the Company in 2001, has over 15 years of experience in real estate and construction financial management, auditing, and tax planning in both private business and public practice. She earned her degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University, and is a licensed California CPA.
